Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Lamya Beauty (lamya-beauty.com). By placing an order on our website, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by the terms, timelines, and liabilities outlined in this Shipping Policy.

1. Delivery Rates & Free Shipping Thresholds

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Shipping costs are calculated precisely at checkout based on the final destination within the UAE. All standard shipping fees are entirely non-refundable.

  • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary delivery across the UAE on all orders exceeding AED 250. To qualify, your order subtotal must meet or exceed AED 250 after any discount codes, promotions, or store credits are applied, and before taxes are calculated.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Order Cut-Off Time: All orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+4 / UAE Time) from Monday to Saturday will be processed and dispatched the same day or the following business day.

  • Processing Time: Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on Sundays and official UAE public holidays, will be processed on the next consecutive business day. Standard processing takes 1 to 2 business days.

  • Address Modifications: To maintain rapid fulfillment speeds, order details and shipping addresses cannot be altered once an order has been placed. Lamya Beauty is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.

3. Delivery Windows (UAE Local & Regional)

  • Next-Day Delivery: Available exclusively for major residential and commercial sectors within Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman for orders processed before the daily cut-off.

  • Standard Transit Time: Delivery to all other Emirates (including Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah) typically takes 1 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Remote/Non-Service Areas: Deliveries to remote or western region zones may be subject to specific courier schedules and can take up to 3 to 5 business days.

4. Strict Non-Delivery & Missing Package Reporting Window

  • 5-Day Hard Deadline: It is the customer's sole responsibility to track their shipment using the tracking link provided via email or SMS. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, you must report the non-delivery to our support team at support@lamya-beauty.com within 5 working days of the expected delivery date.

  • Forfeiture of Claims: Lamya Beauty will explicitly reject any claims, tracking investigations, or refund requests for missing or non-delivered orders reported more than 5 working days after the carrier's logged delivery date. After this window, the order is legally deemed successfully fulfilled.

5. Packages Damaged or Tampered with In Transit

  • Immediate Inspection: You must inspect the external packaging upon delivery. If the parcel shows clear signs of tampering, severe crushing, or liquid leaks, you must refuse to accept the delivery from the courier.

  • 24-Hour Reporting Window: If a damaged package is accepted, or delivered in your absence, you must email support@lamya-beauty.com within 24 hours of receipt. Your email must include your Order Number and clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged transit box, product seals, and packing slip. Failure to provide photographic evidence within 24 hours invalidates any insurance claims with the carrier, and no replacement or refund will be issued.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts & Return to Sender (RTS)

  • Customer Availability: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. It is the customer's responsibility to respond to courier calls, WhatsApp notifications, or gate access prompts.

  • RTS Fees: If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to repeated customer unavailability, invalid phone numbers, or refusal to accept the delivery, the order will be automatically canceled. The customer will be refunded for the products minus the original shipping cost and a flat AED 25 Return-to-Sender restocking fee to cover return logistics.

7. Transfer of Risk & Title

  • Once a package is handed over to our designated third-party courier partner and leaves our fulfillment facility, the legal title and risk of loss or damage transfers entirely to the customer. Lamya Beauty is not responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps, building receptions, or designated delivery drop-boxes if the courier provides valid GPS or photographic proof of delivery.
