Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lamya Beauty, we are committed to providing authentic, high-quality products while adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

7-Day Return Policy

To maintain the safety and hygiene of our cosmetic and personal care selections, all purchases are final sale once opened. However, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for unopened products in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and completely unsealed in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Lamya Beauty covers all return shipping costs for approved returns as part of our commitment to a seamless experience.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, personal care and beauty products cannot be returned once they have been used or unsealed. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
